PKB trains elder supporters to vote

GUNUNGKIDUL, C. Java: The National Awakening Party (PKB) launched a week-long voting simulation for about 500 of its supporters who were elderly or illiterate, Antara reported.

"They were trained to punch the PKB logo (on the ballot paper), and 95 percent of them could do it correctly, while the remaining five percent punched the wrong logos," said chairman of the local PKB office, Gandung Parwoto.

He said the simulation was held simultaneously in 14 districts. (swe)
