Photography exhibition

JAKARTA (JP): Galeri Foto Jurnalistik Antara, in cooperation
with the Goethe Institut, will hold the third installment in a
German Contemporary Photography series.

The installment, on display from Oct. 6 to 15, will feature
Wilmar Konig's Die Wiege (Direction). The two previous
exhibitions, which began last year, were Dorte Eisfeldt's Perfect
Worlds and Silke Grossmann's Place, Face and Movement.

The public exhibition will feature a discussion on Konig's
photography on Saturday Oct.7, with art critic E.H. Kertanegara
as main speaker.

Konig is influenced by American photography and over the last
ten years has developed his own style of collage photography.

The Goethe Institut said in a press release that the future
shows will be Fragmente Des Selbt (Fragment of Self) by Thomas
Florschuetz, Nostalgia by Andree Gelpke and Der Grosse und Der
kleine Schritt by Gundula Schulze.(als)
