Pedophiles a real threat!

With disgust and fury beyond description, I read the reports
about pedophiles in Bali in The Jakarta Post.

Perverts take advantage of the increasing poverty on the
island, offering toys, sweets, pens, schoolbooks and money to
young schoolchildren, just to gain their trust and affection.
Later, they lure them to their hotel rooms or private houses,
molest, rape and even severely hurt these innocent creatures.

Pornographic photos and videos are taken and sold via the
Internet to pedophile criminals all over the world.
Mostly these incidents are covered with a small amount of money,
given to the parents to keep them quiet. Pedophiles are not just
criminals, they are a disgrace to the human race.

The Indonesian government should introduce harsh laws and
drastic punishments (life imprisonment without any chance of
parole) for those who sexually abuse children. Children are the
most precious gift a family (and nation) can have. We should
protect them, applying all our energies and strength.

Parent, relatives, neighbors, teachers, police: Do not close
your eyes, ears and mouths! Whenever you are confronted with such
a detestable criminal, bring him to justice.
