Pedestrian bridges needed

With the opening of the new road between Pejompongan and
Manggarai, the traffic passing through Jl. Sultan Agung has
become much denser.

As a resident of Menteng Dalam in the area I now find it
difficult to cross the road when I have to go to the market. The
cars whiz by so fast it looks as if people no longer have the
right to set foot on this road.

I appeal to the authorities concerned to provide pedestrian
crossings in this area. I would also like to ask the authorities
to provide similar crossings along the entire length of Jl.
Sultan Agung.
