PDI, unite!
From Media Indonesia
I am very concerned about the prevailing friction within the Indonesian Democratic Party. I have observed that there are some people who do not want to see political parties in Indonesia grow and become self-supporting. These people wish political parties to remain dependent and supplementary to Indonesian democracy.
Under these circumstances PDI should consider the following:
* Unity and integrity as well as loyalty are vital for the party to grow into a big party.
* PDI needs massive supporters and strong leaders for the general election.
* People's confidence in PDI's bravery in channeling people's aspirations should be maintained.
The party's executives must consolidate to get all components throughout the country functioning properly.
