Paying telephone bills
As a long-standing subscriber of PT Telkom living in the Pamulang area, I have observed over the years that there has been no improvement in the service for the payment of monthly telephone bills.
The waiting time used to be at least one hour, a situation which people accepted grudgingly. However, the situation has grown worse now. Subscribers must register one day before paying their bills. Things are not better on the day itself because people have to wait again until their number is called.
Such an enormous waste of time and energy! Please, why doesn't Telkom make efficiency part of its ideals?
