Partners, not contractors

We refer to the article in The Jakarta Post of March 29, 1999,
page 12 titled "Almost 1.4m phone access line units installed in
three years".

We would like to correct that the five companies, namely PT
Pramindo Ikat Nusantara, PT Ariawest International, PT Mitra
Global Telekomunikasi Indonesia, PT Cable and Wireless Mitratel
and PT Bukaka Singtel International, are joint-operation (KSO)
partners and not contractors.

They are partners who are each responsible for managing and
operating respective Telkom KSO units in Sumatra, West Java,
Central Java, Yogyakarta, Kalimantan and Eastern Indonesia.
