Parametric names distributor

JAKARTA (JP): Software producer Parametric Technology
Corporation (PTC) of the United States has appointed PT
Parametrik Nusanara distributor of its products in Indonesia.

PTC director for Southeast Asia Ivan Lee said on Wednesday
that Parametric Nusantara would also service the existing
customers in the country, totaling 30 companies.

Parametrik Nusantara managing director Danny Andrianto said
that he was optimistic that businesses would rebound in the near
future, giving a new impetus for the sales of manufacturing and
engineering automation software.

Parametric produces mechanical design automation software,
called Pro/ENGINEER, and an integrated product development and
information management solution, CAD/CAM/CAE. (29)
