PAM Jaya service to some areas stopped

The City Water Company, PAM Jaya, announced yesterday that its
service to some areas in the city, including Menteng, will be
stopped on Saturday and Sunday due to a water main repair near
the Pejompongan II water treatment plant in Central Jakarta.

The company technical director, Eben Koesbini, said areas
which will be affected by the temporary stoppage include Menteng,
Tanah Abang, Petamburan and Kemayoran in Central Jakarta, and
Palmerah, Muara Karang and Tomang in West Jakarta.

Pending the repair of the water main, the service will also be
stopped to Penjaringan and Lodan in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
