Palyja responds to bonus demands
We refer to the article entitled When strangers call for THR published in the Sunday, Oct. 30 edition of The Jakarta Post on page 1. In order not to lead to any misperceptions among Palyja's customers, we would like to address several points as follows: * Palyja's management has given Idul Fitri bonuses (THR) in accordance with the prevailing regulations, and therefore no one is allowed to ask for extra gifts from customers. Also, Palyja will take strict action against any employee doing such a thing. * Palyja's management does not allow any of its employees to receive any money in the field. Therefore, all transactions in regard to Palyja's operational activities, either for new connections or any other services, should be settled at the Palyja's office. * Palyja strongly suggests that all customers refrain from all payment transactions, or fulfilling anyone's request for payment at site and to immediately report to Palyja should any of such action occur.
