Palyja gets 10 new water trucks

JAKARTA: PT PAM Lionnaise Jaya (Palyja) has 10 new water trucks with a capacity of 5,000 liters, bring its water-truck fleet to 29 trucks with a total capacity of around 100,000 liters.

The company said in a press release on Friday that the new trucks would mainly be used for distributing water to 48 water stations in the city, for emergency water distribution, flood victims and to support social and government activities.

The new vehicles will be stationed at distribution center IV in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. They are being operated under the coordination of the Palyja office.

Palyja fills water terminals in areas such as Kamal, Cengkarang Barat, Kalideres, Pegadungan, Tegal Alur, Cengkareng Timur, Duri Kosambi, Kembangan and Kamal Muara.

In an emergency situation, Palyja provides mobile water tanks to customers who contact technical call center at 57986555, 24 hours, seven day a week.--JP
