Pager service

Recently I acquired an Easy Call pager, and problems have befallen me ever since. One of the advantages offered is that you can be paged in five cities if you advise them when you will be in each city.

Unfortunately, even after clearly advising Easy Call, my pager messages were not relayed to Surabaya, East Java, until my secretary, on various occasions, called and reminded them to do so.

Of late, I have met with complaints from relatives, friends and business partners, as to why I do not return their calls when they page me. Often the messages are simply not relayed.

When I complained to the company, I was asked to service the pager at their office in Tebet, Jakarta. However, on signing the contract, they promised they would pick up the pager for servicing.

Upon telling them that I wished to return my pager for a refund, I was informed that they were not interested and I could sell it on the free market. Easy Call should be called tough luck!
