Open letter to Governor Sutiyoso

I am writing to you about the disgraceful amount of public litter around. I have lived in Jakarta for five years, it has got worse in the past five years.

I am disgusted with the fact that you have not figured it out in the five years gone. I will make sure that at the next election we have for you, that no one will vote for you, I demand that you do something about it right now. You should realize what it's doing to everyone and everything.
