Only for celebrities?

On Sept. 15, I paid a visit to Celebrity Fitness in Mall Puri Indah with my mother and her friends. We were pleasantly welcomed by their "guest relations officers".

Just as they were explaining to us about the facility, Mike Andersen (Celebrity Fitness country sales manager) came along and ruined the warm atmosphere. He started yelling, telling the guest relations officers that they were wasting their time with us. He thought we couldn't afford the dues and were not serious about joining the fitness center.

I talked to the other manager, Ripon, a couple of days later, and he promised me that we would receive an apology letter/call from Andersen personally. It's been more than two weeks and we haven't heard anything from Andersen.

Is this how you treat potential customers? No wonder I've heard so many bad things about Celebrity Fitness.

Good luck with keeping the place running!
