Officer killed in traffic accident

JAKARTA: An officer with the Jakarta Water and Air Police,
Second Brig. Supriyanto, 24, was killed in a traffic accident on
Thursday.

The officer was driving his motorcycle on Jl. Raya Cilincing
in North Jakarta when he was hit by a truck.

North Jakarta Police arrested the driver of the truck, Radim
Silaban, 40, and are questioning him. -- JP
