Offer of sponsorship

With regard to the many public reports and complaints about
offers of cooperation or sponsorship in conjunction with the
launching of a book or an agenda book and so forth in the name of
Bank Indonesia as an agency or on behalf of its officials, we
hereby assert that:

1. Bank Indonesia never makes any cooperation or agreement with
any party to publish any books or diaries and so on for sale.

2. Bank Indonesia will not be responsible for any activities
concerning the cooperation with, and the awarding of, sponsorship
to any party purportedly on behalf of Bank Indonesia.

3. Any follow-up and decisions regarding such requests are the
full responsibility of the parties concerned.

4. Any person receiving such requests and feeling doubtful about
