Not nice treatment

I have a business, large house, car, savings, and three gold and two silver cards issued by multinational banks and finance companies. I was offered and applied for an ANZ gold card. On March 2, I received a letter stating that my application had been approved and the card would be sent within seven days. I received my card on March 22, 20 days later.

In the meantime, I had complained to ANZ's customer service department. Upon receiving the card, I activated it immediately and customer service had done its job.

On March 24, ANZ Panin Bank called me and said that my card had been blocked and later corrected that it had been frozen due to my complaints against the bank. Never in my life have I been treated in such a way. All customer service departments of the various banks I have been a customer of have treated me nicely and sent me all materials on time.
