Nokia service

I want to lodge a complaint with Nokia Indonesia. My family have been fanatic Nokia users for a long time. I bought a Nokia 3660 recently (NPC original warranty) at ITC Roxy Mas. I am so disappointed as after one week using the mobile phone, the menu button stopped working (the other buttons still work well).

Unfortunately, this button is the most important one for accessing other applications. I tried to switch the phone off for a while and theN turn it on again, but it did not help.

The menu button sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't (most of the time it doesn't). Thus, the phone is only good for making and receiving calls, and sending text messages (via "favorites"). I went back to the shop where I bought the phone (one week after buying it), but they just referred me to Nokia Prof Care.

There was a long queue there, and, when I eventually got served, I was extremely disappointed to be told that I they would not give me a replacement phone as they can only do that within one day after purchase. How ridiculous! How can a customer know that the phone he purchased is OK if he is just given 24 hours, especially when the NPC is not open 24 hours a day and is mostly closed on weekends. Moreover, I know that other manufacturers give about two weeks. My trust in Nokia products has completely evaporated given that the after sales warranty does not seem to consider customer satisfaction.
