No subtitles on ANteve films
From Neraca
With the presence of four private television stations in this country many people are being entertained with much needed good quality films on TV. The stations also provide more information to the people.
As a result of their presence, we rarely visit cinema theaters to see movies. It is because most of the films shown on TV by the private stations are no less entertaining than those screened at the theaters.
However, as far as films are concerned I would like to ask the management of ANTeve why it does not translate the dialog of most of its imported films with Indonesian language subtitles? Not all TV audiences in this country understand English.
Therefore, I would like to appeal to the management of the TV station to pay attention to this problem.
