No pager messages

I have been a customer of Multipage for nearly three years. For the last month I have complained about untransferred messages sent to me. As a consequence, I have lost the chance for an interview, failed to collect my school record and even been unable to take a severely sick relative to the hospital.

I have always paid my bills on time, and on several occasions also made an advanced payment. But every time I contacted the company I was told there was a technical error or something wrong with the transmitter, the area was out of reach, and many other reasons.

On Sunday, June 29 (I intentionally chose early morning assuming that air traffic was not very congested) I asked a relative of mine to contact me. At the time I was on Jl. Thamrin, not far from the Multipage transmitter which is located at the BNI Tower, the tallest building in Jakarta. My pager device has a range of 171.3500 MHz. I made sure that five messages would go through. But after waiting for nearly half an hour, I did not receive one message. Could they go missing in mid air? What if I was in Bandung, West Java?

Please, Multipage, do something about it!
