No grass skirts

In his Aug. 1 letter, C.R. McRae hides his real name behind initials, so I will call him "Charles".

Charles, after more than 25 years outside Europe, you should know by now that the words Sahib and Bwana don't quite have the same connotation as the word "Sir" in English. Also, I do not come from a culture that ever wore grass skirts.
