Nikko Securities, BNI sign deal
JAKARTA (JP): PT Nikko Securities and state owned Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) signed on Friday an agreement to jointly market their products.
Nikko director Adler Haymans Manurung (right) said that the deal allowed Nikko clients to make investment transactions 24- hours a day using BNI's phone plus facility.
BNI's division head for retail business development Tjuk Suparman (left) said that the bank was expanding its retail business.
By the end of this year, the bank aimed to have 30 percent of its total credit in retail lending, he said.
As of September this year, he said, BNI's total credit stood at Rp 31 trillion (US$3.4 billion).
