New washing machine from Samsung

Following my letter of complaint to Samsung in January, an employee at the company called me up soon afterward to enquire into it. He assured me that a new washing machine would be available to me as soon as new stock arrived.

On March 24 I received a new Samsung washing machine in exchange for the old one, as promised. I have used it a couple of times since and found no flaws.

I would like to thank Samsung for its professionalism.
