New resort at Carita beach
JAKARTA (JP): PT Wahana Pandugraha, a private developing company, will construct Carita Paradise Resort, a star-rated resort and hotel, in Carita beach, in the district of Labuhan, West Java.
Wahana's president Surya Widjaja said here yesterday that the hotel will be constructed in a 15-hectare plot with an investment of Rp 30 billion (US$13.89 million).
He said that the resort will offer 160 unit cottages, three- star hotel with 100 rooms and other facilities.
"The project construction, started in March, will be completed within three years.
There will be four resorts at Carita, located near the industrial city of Cilegon which accommodates some 300 plants. About 3,000 expatriates employed at the plants are targeted as the potential market for the resorts.(icn)
