New oil and gas journal launched

JAKARTA: A new oil and gas magazine -- the Energy, Mineral, Oil & Gas Journal, or EMO&G -- has been launched to provide players with updates of the country's industry.

The full-color monthly aimed to provide accurate data and information on the sector's upstream and downstream activities, chief editor Atak Saridjo said in the editorial of its first edition.

A prominant figure behind the magazine, which will be published in a single bilingual Indonesian and English edition, is former coordinating minister Dorodjatun Kuntjorojakti.
