New layout okay

I have just read letters criticizing the new layout of The
Jakarta Post. In my opinion it is a matter of taste. Someone may
dislike this new layout, but so far I like it. I think many other
readers also like it.

I have read the Post since the year it was published. I find
it has improved a lot especially concerning the quality of
printing, photos, articles etc.

One thing that annoys me with this new layout is the half
loose pages (7-8 and 17-18). The loose page always falls down
when I hold the paper higher for reading. Why not split the paper
to 12 pages and eight pages, so there will be no loose pages.
Accordingly, select more suitable articles from the second part
of the paper to be put in the first part. I think the readers
will agree to this way of splitting. I wonder if there is anyone
else who has the same problem as I do?
