New deputy police chief for E. Timor

DILI, E. Timor: Col. Bambang Pranoto was installed as deputy chief of East Timor Police on Saturday, Antara reported.

Bambang, formerly a lecturer on criminal law and police operations management at the Police Academy in Semarang, replaced Col. Atok Rismanto.

Atok was promoted to chief of East Timor Police. (09)
