New bosses at Astra Graphia

JAKARTA (JP): Shareholders of publicly listed PT Astra Graphia
have endorsed the appointment of three directors and two
commissioners, the company announced on Friday.

Lukito Dewandaya, former director of the company, was
appointed as the president while another former director Hertanto
Mangkusasono was promoted to vice president.

The shareholders also approved the appointment of Paulus
Bambang, previously an executive at parent company PT Astra
International as another member of the board of directors.

Harijanto was allowed to continue in his existing post as a
director of the company.

The shareholders also approved the appointment of Hagianto
Kumala, former executive of Astra International, as Astra Graphia
chief commissioner and Dorys Setiawati Herlambang, also a former
executive of Astra International, as a new member of the board of
commissioners.

Budi Setiadharma retained his existing post as the vice
commissioner. (udi)
