New apartments in Pancoran

JAKARTA (JP): Minister of Public Housing Akbar Tandjung has
inaugurated the Griya Pancoran apartment building in South
Jakarta.

The inauguration, held on Wednesday evening, was also attended
by Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare Azwar Anas,
Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Hayono Isman, chairman of
the Indonesian Real Estates Association Enggartiasto Lukita and
Chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association Ponco
Sutowo.

The 16-story building, consisting of 112 apartments, with a
total floor space of 422,000 square meters, took only 20 months
to build, Fauzi Aldjufri, president of PT Multiraya Propertindo,
said.

"Ninety six percent of the apartments have been booked,
including 40 by the Goldstar company of South Korea," Fauzi said,
