NATO aggression

As you know, NATO has committed an aggression on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. This is an unprovoked brutal attack on an independent state, member of the United Nations. This aggression has come in spite of readiness of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for dialog and political solution for Kosovo. The aggression of NATO on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia represents drastic violation of basic principles of UN Charter, International Law and international order, with the grave and unpredictable consequences for peace and security in the region, in Europe and in the world.

Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has requested the Security Council of the United Nations to stop and to condemn aggression of NATO on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and to support its sovereignty and territory integrity, and its legal right to defend itself from the aggression.

We appeal to the people of friendly Indonesia to support the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and to show the solidarity with people and citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. We also appeal to the government of the Republic of Indonesia to support us and to make maximum efforts within the system of the United Nations and on the international level in general for unconditional stopping of aggression and strong condemnation of aggression of NATO on the independent, sovereign and peace loving country of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
