National climbing c'ships held

JAKARTA (JP): The Federation of Indonesian Climbing Activity (FPTI) is holding the Wall Climbing National Championships in the Manahan Sports Complex in Surakarta, Central Java, from Aug. 27 to Aug. 29.

It is also the qualifying round for the 2000 National Games (PON), where wall climbing will be contested for the first time. (yan)
