My money lost in BCA

I am writing with regards to what may be becoming a
popular crime in our current climate. My wife recently checked
her BCA bank account to find that Rp 3,000,000 had been taken out
by an unauthorized person or persons. She was extremely
distraught as you can imagine.

I wonder how many other customers have already experienced
this. Can it be nipped in the bud or is it too late?

I would like to know using your medium what the Managers of
BCA propose to do about my wife's loss. The money was apparently
taken out using an Internet banking facility which was also
unauthorized.
