Muladi judged to be arrogant

Muladi's confirmation during the fit and proper test in the House of Representatives (DPR) that he would not take anything less than chief justice of the Supreme Court and would not be a Supreme Court judge, clearly reflects an opportunistic and very arrogant attitude. It also proves that he is not fit and proper to even become a judge.

Hopefully, legislators can see that this shows that Muladi only seeks status and position, and is not devoting himself to the upholding of justice in our country. Muladi's confirmation shows that in his opinion becoming a Supreme Court judge is too low. He also looks afraid that if he became judge, it would look like he was "stepping down" from his status. That's why, Muladi's confirmation underestimates the professionalism of a Supreme Court judge.

A supreme judge should be wise and prudent. It's somewhat surprising that a candidate for a supreme judge dares to confirm something like that in the DPR forum.
