A Crown representative will meet you before you get to the
customs counter. They will see that your passport and immigration
paperwork is processed in minutes and they will escort you to a
waiting car to take you to a hotel. Junica and her team offer you
a range of Orientation Services to get you acclimatized and
comfortable in your new surroundings. Crown will provide you with
an Information Package containing maps, shopper's guide, an
Indonesian phrase book and other essentials for new arrivals.

Crown will also organize a general discussion group for new
arrivals, giving you an informative introduction to living and

home. Crown Relocation Coordinator, Novita Ernanda, will do

your needs. Novita will coordinate Crown's team as it prepares a
list of properties that meet your budget and requirements.
Crown's Consultant will take you to inspect theses properties,
and will discuss the positive and negative aspects of each home
and the surrounding area. Crown's Relocations Consultant will
show you as many properties as necessary until you find the one
that meets all your requirements. Once the perfect home has been
located, Crown's Consultant will help negotiate the most
favorable lease terms on your behalf, and guide you through the
signing and hand over processes.

First you need a building inspection to make sure your new home

has worked with Australia Pacific Project Management and John
Holland Constructions in building maintenance supervisory
positions, giving him the right experience and know-how in
property management.

inspection using a thermographic camera to check the electrical

access numbers to the Relocation team. Hajai and his staff will
always be available for you 24 hours per day, seven days per
week, ready to make any household repairs. Water pipe breaks,
pool pump breakdown or electricity blackouts, just pick up the
