They will see that your passport and immigration paperwork is processed in minutes and they will escort you to a waiting car to take you to a hotel. Junica and her team offer you a range of Orientation Services to get you acclimatized and comfortable in your new surroundings. Novita will coordinate Crown's team as it prepares a list of properties that meet your budget and requirements. Crown's Consultant will take you to inspect theses properties, and will discuss the positive and negative aspects of each home and the surrounding area. Crown's Relocations Consultant will show you as many properties as necessary until you find the one that meets all your requirements. However, don't be too eager to move into that perfect house. First you need a building inspection to make sure your new home is safe and sound.
