Further to my letter Excelcom rip off, published in The
Jakarta Post on April 19, I have been contacted by a
representative from ProXL, Sylvia Napitupulu, by phone and then
in person.

Sylvia told me that the company, PT Excelcommindo, will credit
my account with the amount previously charged for a call that
their UK partner alleged I had made, involving an amount of Rp
739,094.

The prompt attention to this matter has impressed me and I
must thank Sylvia for her personal attention in this matter, and
the general manager of Excelcom's customer service division,
Wardhani Soedjono, who authorized the credit be posted to my next
bill from Excelcom.
