More Kabelvision hassles

Contacting Kabelvision's customer service at 5577-7750 can be very annoying and time consuming. Firstly, we are answered by a machine, asked to select English or Indonesian, then asked to press 0 (zero) to speak to a customer service representative.

However, every time I press zero, after a while, the line is cut off. Then I had to repeat it all from the start. But after several attempts, I was unsuccessful to make contact. There must be something wrong with the telephone system.

I would not need to contact Kabelvision's customer service in the first place if Kabelvision was smart enough to give all the information on making monthly payments on its billing sheet.

Actually, there are two ways of making monthly payments. One is through a bank transfer to Lippobank and the other one is by using BCA's ATM. Kabelvision has already given information for payment through Lippobank, but no information on paying through BCA's ATM despite the fact that making the payment through the ATM is much more efficient than through bank transfer.
