Moral harassment

We have witnessed a number of cases of moral harassment in this country. This has caused deep concern to the families, both rich and poor. Such violence as murder, after which the victim is cut into pieces, is often in the news.

My question is how could the criminals do such an inhuman and uncivilized act? And shall we continue to be faced with such horrors? May God bless us.
