Mobilize all security apparatus

Reading a newspaper item concerning a brutal rape, as a mother of two young daughters I appeal to the authorities to immediately arrest the rapists. If necessary, I appeal to the law enforcing agency to mobilize all security apparatus and demand that the rapists be given a maximum sentence.

Just imagine the psychological suffering of family of the victims. And if one of the victims finds they are pregnant, the suffering will even be greater.
