MLM customers blockade road

MEDAN, North Sumatra: Hundreds of customers from Higam Net
multi-level marketing company vented their frustration by
blocking a major street here on Thursday.

The group set piles of wood and rubber tires on Jl. Gatot
Subroto, causing a heavy traffic jam.

They demanded the return of the money they invested in the
company, in what they described as a scam.

Higam Net director Hendrik Suprianto has been put under police
protection on his own request, fearing attacks from angry
