MKGR offers legal aids

MEDAN, North Sumatra: MKGR Party, one of several parties which
was formerly affiliated with the ruling Golkar, has sought every
legitimate avenue to lure voters, including offering legal aids.

A party executive, D.I. Silalahi, said Wednesday the chapter
had established a legal aid and consultation board in each
provincial capital across the country.

Silalahi said the party would exempt people who sought help
from the legal aid boards from any expenses.

A party chapter official here, Lukman Damanik, said hundreds
of people had enjoyed the free-of-charge services so far. But
many of them also asked MKGR for essentials, according to Lukman.
