Mitsubishi to sell new model

JAKARTA (JP): Indonesia's authorized Mitsubishi automobile
distributor, Kramayudha Tiga Berlian, plans to introduce a new
commercial car to the domestic market by mid-1998, the company
announced yesterday.

The new car, called Mitsubishi Kuda, will be available in a
GLX, GLS and Super Exceed version, all of which will use premium
fuel, the company said.

The same model has already been introduced in Taiwan as
Mitsubishi Freeca, and in the Philippines as Mitsubishi
Adventure.

The company said the new model has been selling well in both
countries. (das)
