Missing mail

I was informed that a packet was sent airmail from The Hague, Holland on March 23, 1996. It still has not arrived.

I hope the post office will explain the matter. Could it have gone to the wrong address? It was actually registered, so it is unlikely the package went to the wrong address.

Some letters have also gone missing. The Post Office should do something to retain its good image.
