Minibar charge

I am writing in response to Susan's letter of Sept. 26. Thank you very much for your interesting letter concerning the minibar trick. It is always nice to see that there are still people who let the public know once they have recognized their mistakes.

For those among us who are used to staying in hotels from time to time, it is clear that we have to check our bills before paying them. Once you've paid the bill, it means you have accepted it.
