Migrants in Australia

It is with cynical amusement that I, an Australian expat, follow the developments of Australia's latest outburst of public racism, initiated by Pauline Hanson.

Hanson's racist babble actually contains legitimate elements, twisted as they are. Hanson points to the consequences of mass immigration, incorrectly naming Asians as the culprits.

In fact, if we take a close look at these "consequences" and the real "perpetrators" we would find that apart from Asians in general being blameless productive citizens, the real perpetrators of social discord-ala-heinous crimes, are none other than the much revered white migrant. Take for example the recent mindless slaughter of 35 citizens in Tasmania by one Martin Bryant, a son of a British migrant.
