Mercedes top of the class

STUTTGART: If Mercedes-Benz had any doubts about the success of its new, radically different A-Class, they can rest easy.

In Germany, Mercedes is receiving 500 orders a day even though the new small car doesn't go on sale until September.

According to Automotive News, more than a third of orders are coming from Volkswagen Golf owners.
