Medan gets Fedex office
JAKARTA (JP): Federal Express, through its sole licensee in Indonesia, PT Repex Perdana International, has launched a new branch in Medan, North Sumatera, to accommodate the growing export business in the province.
The company said the service center, which was officially opened on Saturday, would provide connectivity to international transportation services for the province's export products such as furniture and textiles.
Fedex said that the new service center, which will also serve the adjacent provinces of Riau and South Sumatera, had increased the total number of the company's service stations in Indonesia to six.(hen)
