May 27, 2003: SEC rejects Telkom's 2002 financial report and asks the company to re-audit it.

June 11, 2003: Telkom discloses to the public its problems with SEC. SEC gives Telkom until July 15 to settle the problems.

June 26, 2003: Telkom appoints PriceWaterhouseCoopers as its auditor.

July 15, 2003: Telkom fails to meet SEC deadline.
