Healthy mangoes will be on offer at Satoo Restaurant at the
Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta all through November to satisfy
customers' palates.

Famously sweet, mangoes are considered a very healthy
delicacy. And the green flesh of young mangoes can be eaten as a
salad.

The fruit will be served in various dishes, including the
exotic Indonesian culinary creation Grilled Chicken with Mango
and the more western Grilled Chicken with Mango Butter, as well
as delicious desserts like Mango Franchipan Tart and Mango Raisin
Sherbet.

During the mango promotion, Satoo Restaurant will feature a
lunch buffet (including jamu, coffee and tea) for Rp 130,000 per
person and a dinner buffet for Rp 165,000 per person.

Lai Ching Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jakarta is
serving up a dazzling variety of delicious dim sum.

Chefs are creating a delicious selection of dim sum with
different fillings, types and shapes.

Offering Cantonese-style cuisine, Lai Ching Restaurant also
specializes in dim sum, including its steamed vegetable dumpling
with fungus, which has bamboo shoots and black mushrooms.

Steamed ha gao with shark's fin is also a favorite. It is
prawn with rice-flour skin and mixed with shark's fin.

The dim sum is prepared by chef Peter Tang, who has 20 years
experience in cooking and has won several awards.

Ibis Slipi wins international award

Ibis Hotel in Slipi, West Jakarta, has been named Best Economy
Hotel Asia Pacific by Travel Trade Gazette Asia, more popularly
known as TTG Asia, in this year's reader survey.

The vice president of Accor Indonesia, Gerard Guillouet, said
the Ibis Hotel in Slipi was the first Ibis Hotel in Asia.

He thanked readers of TTG Asia for voting for Ibis Slipi.

According to him, Ibis Slipi enjoys an occupancy rate of above
90 percent.

The Accor Group, which runs Ibis Hotel, was also named Best
Global Hotel Chain for the second consecutive year.

Accor currently manages 34 hotels in Indonesia.
