Manado Police probe Rp 2.5b bank scandal

MANADO, North Sulawesi: Police said on Thursday they had
identified a suspect in a Rp 2.5 billion (US$277,777) graft scam
at the Manado branch of Danamon Bank.

The police identified the suspect only as HM, alias Hendrik,
30, who is the business manager at the bank on Jl. Dr. Soetomo.

North Sulawesi Police chief of detectives Sr. Comr. Jhony
Hotma Hutauruk said Hendrik had been taken into custody on June
