Man dies in massage parlor

JAKARTA (JP): An 85-year-old man was found dead in a West Jakarta massage parlor yesterday morning, the police report.

According to the chief of the West Jakarta Police, Lt. Col. Made Mangku Pastika, the cause of death has yet to be determined. However, no injuries were found on the body of the man identified only by the initials LOC.

Mangku Pastika said the man, who was one of the parlor's regular customers, reportedly died before receiving his massage.

One of the man's relatives told The Jakarta Post that the old man had been suffering from a heart disorder.

The man's body was transferred to the Cipto Mangunkusumo General hospital for an autopsy.

Mangku Pastika said the police are questioning the massage girl identified only as L.

Last year, a 59-year-old man with a heart ailment was also found dead in a massage parlor in downtown Kota. (01)
